Given her wealth of experience in microfinance practices, she has brought many innovations to the Microfinance practice in the area of Community-based microfinance as it concerns lending to women self help groups and sustainability.

MADAM FLORENCE KECHI OKPARA
As a mobilizer and philanthropist, she had worked with various women organizations, with an estimate of over twenty, including Development Educational Centre Enugu.
She came in contact with DEC in 1989, during the networking exercise led by Chief Cecilia Asogwu. She was among those who supported the establishment of the “First Women Bank” NNEBUIFE COMMUNITY BANK which later became DECE Microfinance Bank. Served as a Coordination in charge of Abia, Imo State in DEC Enugu.
She was later appointed a Board member from where she was nominated by the women of Nnebuife Community Development Association to represent them in DEC Enugu MFB, as a Director.
Her role in DEC NGO produced the first woman councillor and other appointments of women in political posts in her area.
She also attended both local and international workshops such as USAID, ILO, IFAD and entrepreneurial training.

H.R.H IGWE EZE, GODWIN CHIBUZO (B.Sc Agric Economics, MBA. Management)
He worked as a civil servant in various sectors and in various capacities, as a Project officer- Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Gembu, Gongola State, also a Community Development Officer, Enugu State.
He worked at United Bank for Africa Plc, in various positions such as Agric. Specialist and Area Agric. Specialist, Branch Operation Manager (Senior Manager).
He is a seasoned facilitator and quality controller at Esut Business School, Enugu.

ONOCHIE NNAMDI (BSc, MBA)
He started his banking career in the operations department of Ecobank Nigeria Plc, where he was involved in cash and funds transfer activities, which include postings, reconciliations and account proofing. He later moved to intercontinental bank and became the pioneer branch manager of Enugu branch.
He made a success of the posting and in less than six years, he had planted four branches in the town plus one acquired as a result of the merger with Equity bank. Onochie later became the Regional business executive in charge of the area.
He left banking in 2012 and have since ventured into the field of business operations management and is the managing partner at Victon Consult. He is also a Director at First Notch limited, DEC microfinance, and Treten networks ltd.

EZE, AGATHA CHINWEOKWU (TC II, ND (IMT) Cooperative Econ/Mgt, HND (IMT) Cooperative Econ/Mgt, PGD Bus. Admin & Mgt (ESUT), ASCON A Grade, Microfinance Certification Programme (2011)
She served in Enugu Government as the Special Assistant to the wife of the Executive Governor of Enugu State, a Board member of State Commission for women, Enugu State. She served as Principal Personnel Officer at Enugu State Post Primary Management Board.
She served as a Senior Programme Officer/Administrative Officer in Development Education Centre (DEC) Enugu, Operation Manager DEC MFI Enugu.
She was an NGO accredited delegate to the Microcredit Summit Cote D’/vorie 1999, Harare, 2000. Attended other Courses such as Women in Management: Leadership training for the 90s – Washington DC 1993, Workshop on Adolescent Girls Education and Reproductive Health 1993, Cross-Sectoral Lay leadership Training Harare 1998. Attended the Conversion Process and Requirements of Community Banks to MFBs 2006.
She became the Operation Manager DEC Enugu MFB 2007, Acting Managing Director DEC Enugu MFB 2009 and Managing Director 2010.
